Se ha anunciado la ganadora del premio Philip K Dick de este año, Bethany Jacobs con These Burning Stars, con mención especial del jurado para The Museum of Human History de Rebekah Bergman.

Recordemos que el premio reconoce a la ciencia ficción publicada originalmente en rústica en Estados Unidos y que está esponsorizado por la Philadelphia Science Fiction Society.

El jurado este año lo han formado: Nicky Drayden, Gordon Eklund, Christopher Rowe, Kali Wallace y Lisa Yaszek.

Ashing-Giwa gana el premio Compton Crook

La Baltimore Science Fiction Society (BSFS) ha anunciado que The Splinter in the Sky de Kemi Ashing-Giwa publicado por Saga ha sido elegida ganadora del premio Compton Crook 2023. Este premio se otorga a la mejor primera novela del año dentro de los géneros de ciencia ficción, fantasía o terror.
